it's definitely looks much better now, but you need work more with source image... it's too easy add contrast and saturation... try to make something from source, dont use filters only... I think you new to site... Welcome
just enhancing the source image is not enough.
i agree about the filter-only part.. but the photo seems oveburned to me..
did u use levels? It looks good but it is not enough of a manipulation, good try!
