Looks like day...ditto on the masking & link.

you need to give links for the brushes as well you have put a moon in the background yet the foreground is still light.. the fairy is rather blurry yet the wings seem to stand still. I would suggest to remove the trees from the background entirely, it will get more points than leaving them in when they arent masked properly.

I love the idea, but the perspective is off. the back has the depth of field, and for the girl to be so small compared to the flower she would have to be way back and blurry too. Unless you were going for a gigantic flower

She should be bigger and more in perspective with the picture, I don't mind the perspective as much as... the fog is what draws my attention... too much of a straight line.... other than that... great image I think it's awesome

Where's the source pic?

The Dandelion is there and in the bubble. I put the high resolution up so you can see inside the bubble and you should also be able to see one of the fairies kissing the girl on the cheek.

the people are rather small, and when you mask them in, try and put them within the grass a bit and not on top of it, this should help with the distant feel and may just fix the sizing issue..

its a good idea but those ppl are not sitting IN the grass but ON the grass.. you should redraw some grass over them like in my puss in boots tutorial, also have a look at the shadow tip i give in that tut.
