LOL Lots of avatar borrowing going on in this contest! Author, there's something about the reflections/light sources of the right-side leg in the picture (left on figure) that makes it look twisted. Light source in general is conflicted.

Nice idea, you might wanna spend a little more time on the bowling pins. The edges look a bit rough here and there. Also, add shades after you rotated the pins, not before. Now there's light on top of the one and under on the other. For some reason the white is a bit...too white for me, but that's just imo of course. Good luck!

Not bad at all....but...quick suggestions: the ball is not wuite round...looks like made out of stone and that wouldn't be a problem...but your pins look very well defined...so they don't quite match! You could use the eliptical marquee tool to make a better defined selection inside the blur ball (use some feather as well...)! And...maybe add something else on the top backround...or at least some color! Good luck!

actually hsbee.. funny thing is I made the Left all bruised and veiny but it ruined the whole feel of the piece so I went back to just a simple effect LOL.. but that is a good suggestion.. but I've had enough of working on bubble gum balls for awhile, five stars though for the suggestion

I really liked the idea as I scrolled down the page, then it got to the head you drew and it took away from the image, I am not sure how to improve but I think it needs work, sorry to be rude.

Ory.. as long as you are not caustic or antagonistic that is perfectly okay with me.. I don't need you to like my images, they are things I do for my own therapy, I created this image while taking care of a sick friend so it put my angst and foreboding into the image to make me feel better
