These days there's a lot to do about Photoshopped images of models. They should not represent reality, and of course they do not.
But let's have some fun with this.

Here's your change to remove freckles, annoying hairs, make someone slimmer, change hair color and so on. Glamorize a photo of a person, the photo can be your own (it can even be you) and make the person on the photo a 'better' version of her- or himself.
You can even go completely overboard.
