Author, your forget to add a bear with Kalasnikov to your pic.
LOL from your stereotypical thinking
Looks like you never been to Russia.
First, I am RUSSIAN and I never heard the name "NADESHA" before.
Google says this name is popular in India.
Second, the girl looks like from some middle east country in this non-russian outfit.
Third, for your information, Russian women prefer wine
Fourth, please change the background to Istanbul or Tunisia, it will be more realistic.
Have a nice day or night

Dmitry I hope I didn't hurt your feelings! Nadesha was a Russian name indicated by Google, but Google doesn't know everything apparently. Google is mixed up between India and Russia, what can you trust in this world? Do you have a better idea for a name? No I have never been to Russia but I'd love to! Maybe one day. Oh I think I've found a new name, I change it. за ваше здоровье ! (hope Google didn't gave me an insult for za vache zdorovie!). About the photo, let's say it is a Middle Eastern girl lost in Moscow?
Middle Eastern? That is a complete Baroque style outfit that has nothing to do either with Turkish culture nor Tunusia =]] I know what you meant but the detailing do not belong to neither of those
I'm glad to hear from me again too.. had a little hiccup at the doctors office... I may have to change my name to Robo Slush.. LOL damn robots taking all our jobs.. hehehe.. and you could hear from me a whole lot more if you take me to dinner and movie first.. hehehe (J/K)
Good job of changing the face on the model but personally I don't like the strong texture effect on the face. However, it's probably just a matter of personal taste.
The girl looks happy even if she is lost in translation or lost in the world.

I am not a fan of the texture on the face either, but as I wanted to make it look like a painting, the filter effect had to be on the whole surface!
I understand that but if you use masks and layers, you can control how much of the filter effect goes where. You don't necessarily need to have the same strength of filter on the whole scene.

The process can be applied to any filters which have controllers on them.

Thanks Skyangel, I have watched the tutorial, it is very interesting. I have lessened the paint filter a bit on the face and the hands.
Kinda Valentine's day themed. I really liked the fabrics, so I went with them. Even the clouds and sky are blurs of the blue dress. (5 years and 1185 days ago)
What an incredibly creative and interesting idea!!! You may want to look into the perspective of the cloth (you can use Distort/perspective to give it some depth) Experimenting with the burn tool to give the vase some dimension.. just gently rubbing the edge to give it some roundness.. not necessary just a suggestion.
You may want to anchor the flowers (though floating them is effective) the choice is yours. Adding stems would be a bit of a work out, but it would make the image come together tighter.. well in my eyes any way.. and my eyes are pretty effed up so take that with a grain of salt.
I agree with Driven. The concept is incredibly unique and creative but would look a lot better with a 3D dimensional effect, some stems on the flowers and using some perspective on the blue check to make it look more like a table with a tablecloth on it than like an apron.

I thought drinking beer was supposed to make ugly girls looks pretty not vice versa?
You did a very good job of changing faces and making them look ugly though. Poor girls.

Alright..the next time you put a VISA card in a chop make sure we can see the NUMBERS.. I got some things I need to buy and I can't see even the expiration date.. hehehe.. Great job!
The eye position gives her a very amusing expression. It looks as if she is thinking the following... "Do you really think I am dreaming about all those things?... If you only knew the truth of what I was really dreaming about.... Did you see that hot sexy man back at the bar.........?
My only suggestion for any improvement is to give the dreamy objects a bit more of a dreamy feel by making them more opaque or transparent so they look more ghostly than solid in the air. Maybe put a bit more cloud around them too so they all look like they are in the same cloud?

Love the texture filter giving it a very fun look.. good luck
A bear with a kalashnikov as Dmitry suggested? I don't want to make him sad. Nice to hear you again Mr Slush!
