shadows of the starting image were removed with the colne stamp tool
changed into a night scene with adjustment layer (levels, colour balance,..)
star made with my own custom brush
couple light adjustments were mostly made with dodge and burn on a 50% gray layer set to screen mode (5 years and 2448 days ago)
