There's no motion blur on the front end of the cat, and there's a dark blur around the tail.

Made some edits to the blurs and streaks. No blur on purpose to the head and paws of the cat, more on the middle, rear and lights. Blur toward 'back' of tail only now.

Yeah, love the motion trails and those wild goggles on that cat getting out of Denver.

Yep it's about as realistic as a that fellow walking in front the car with those banners would be. Besides it's about the stupidness of the law ...driving on Main St. Fixed....lol

Nope. It's just the lighting on the source pic. There's a lot about this image that's just supposed to be symbolic, so I didn't worry about it too much, although I did eliminate a highlight on the baby's shoulder. I think the light on the face works to good dramatic effect. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

how to tell its after 7 pm? i would have added a clock to make it match the law better. funny entry however

the warning label is by the base of the tub Eladine (There is no reference to time as it is a law in the process of being broken) adding the clock would have been a bit cliche' and obvious.. not my style (I depend on imagination)
