Vacuum Cleaner - Photoshop Contest [6 entries]

Suzy

Winning entry, with a score of:
69%
Contest goal:

Find a usable photo of a vacuum cleaner and turn it into something else. Only a vacuum cleaner... NO other sources allowed unless it's just a background image.
To clarify the term "background"...put the vacuum cleaner creation in a setting that consists of only one image. Of course it can have a background, mid-ground and foreground in order to create a three dimensional image.

Required level: 5+ or higher.
Status: finished. Check out the winners below!

CMYK46: "Change means that what was before wasn't perfect. People want things to be better."

CMYK46: OK, now it's time to clarify once again: "A" usable photo of a vacuum cleaner means one, not many. So to be on theme, you would be taking ONE vacuum cleaner photo and ONE background photo to create an image. ( 5 years and 751 days ago )
Contest Moderator: Any entry submitted after 2000hrs GMT Friday 28th October will be removed. ( 5 years and 749 days ago )

My take on the old science fiction pulp magazines from a bygone era. This cover would fit into the late 1940s-early 1950s. Some of the greatest SF stories of all time were written then. I wish I still had my old copies! The anthology of the best of the best from this era is ADVENTURES IN TIME & SPACE, edited by Healy & McComas. Movies like The Thing and The Day the Earth Stood Still were made from these stories. It's still in print, so get a copy for great reading!
