5 sec exposure, used a 70mm-200mm, started with 200 and zoomed out to 70 while the picture was being taken. (5 years and 2898 days ago)

Thank you rbsgrl and kyricom! I tried retaking the shot, but the ligthing just kept messing it up, the clock would either become too bright or too dark. 
Oh well thanks for the tip though!
