Lovely photo, but the seats are just a little too centered.
Normally I would agree, but I purposely centered the seats because I thought that the shadows and the tree trunks contained and balanced the photo and the seats were a leading line to the center.
Nice, but might want to bump up contrast just a touch

OH DEAR, that ocean is going to end up on my keyboard...you have a significant tilt on your horizon line. The centered sun would have been better had you followed the rule of 3 and the horizon cut line dead center also weakens a very lovely sunset scene.
Good shot - lovely vivid colours and super reflection on the water. I always feel that these shots are improved with something in the foreground - a boat, a person etc.
