Hi dollmommy....I uploaded the front of this building in b&w. I left the rear in colour to show the greenery taking over.

The shot of the burnt down house is great, but this is a montage and I am not sure it can be used here... Try uploading just the picture of the burnt down house instead...

sorry, bad pic ...is that what represents your neighborhood? House fires?

k5683 - it is a photographers responsibilty to shoot both the good and the bad in the world. The theme is 'neighbourhood' - if this it what represents the authors neighbourhood then it deosn't necessarily make it a bad photo - sad maybe - I am sure not everyone is surrounded by castles and rolling hills.

Agrees with friiskiwi. I would just do a color adjustment to more blue like friiskiwi suggested. Not sure if you are new but so you do know you CAN edit entries. (at least for 5 more hours you can) A color adjustment would greatly improve your chances.
