Sorry MnMCarta, skipped right over the resembles recycling part. It is helping environment, reducing gas consumption, and getting folks to leave their "green" in Vegas faster! I would have removed, but have not been able to figure out how yet; how do I go about doing that?

IMHO though, it appears on topic, because it is a shorter route and helps save gas and therefore reduce emissions, I would think this has to do with helping the environment.
