Entering something just to enter is never a good idea, you should at minimum have the basics of clear focus for choosing a shot to enter...just saying...
EDIT: after seeing your portfolio, you are MUCH better than this entry...I honestly think you should replace this...

Wood for The Pride - created by solkee
This was the pile of wood being prepared for the paddle steamer Pride Of The Murray.
Taken at F4.2 1/800sec ISO200 so as to focus on the wood pile. Converted to Black & White so as to keep the old world charm. (5 years and 2674 days ago)
