It looks a little OOF, try put the point of focus right at the middle of the red pill.
Also if you moved the pills forward on the book you could lose the noisy background at the top, that would help keep the focus on the pills.
Agrees about the focus. Try a different background too. The junk in the background distracts from the pills. A sheet of paper can make a suitable background.
