The pain is obviously there, it's self-inflicted from the alcohol, because of the misery of the piling of the bills. And I'm pretty sure the depression is obvious.

Totally on theme in my opinion...people deal with pain this fashion all too often...it's obviously not a "party" shot and the pain is clearly there..great set up and shooting author, GL!

Nice take on the theme......GL..And yes forgot to mention the snap is also really nice.....The overall scene has used cans and a calculator with a lot of papers and confusion...Its good....

'snap' is a term used by some to mean shot or photo. It is usually used when describing pics taken on holidays ..........like 'holiday snaps'!!.......it is not usually used when describing deliberate shots like those we see here.

I think it is perfectly on theme too...he's hurting himself by drinking--the pain is all the stress---too much stress can make you feel numb.
