Wild mushroom agnolotii with arrabiata sauce.
Arrabiata means 'angry' in italian and is a traditional sauce made with tomatoes, red chili and prosciutto or pancetta ham.

This mushroom was beautiful and engaging, until someone carelessly smashed it under foot. It still retains its glorious colours, but looks horribly broken and ugly at the same time. (5 years and 2745 days ago)
