Thanks Kathyw and Eco. I was actually in two minds as whether to submit this for the "back-lighting" contest or "frame" Hence the title I gave to it. Also how you think the man was "framed" depends on your frame of mind. He could be said to be framed either by the patch of light or the surrounding darkness. Both I think are equally valid.

Good one... I always want to get a picture of lightening.. Hard luck that i have a point and shoot camera and its real tough to get one during monsoon in my country...
