This is the statue of "Lady Justice" atop a court house in a nearby town. I happened on it just as the sun was going down, illuminating the statue and scales. The spikes are lightning rods. (5 years and 983 days ago)

Thanks. Yeah, it just happened to be the perfect time of day. She's pretty high up on top of a tall building/dome, but the scales reflecting caught my eye.
