I agree with you all. But I've to say some thing more. Mostly noodles are made from white refined wheat flour, stripped of all nutrients in place of whole wheat flour. If you can get whole grain unrefined noodles, then that would be a much healthier alternative. It depends on how it is cooked and can be enriched by adding a lot of vegetables. Anyways rules are rules. Thanks.
