The beaches of the island of Bermuda are pink in color. A small pinch of the beach sand there shows that the grains are made up of the remains of tiny marine creatures. The coin was added to the image to provide a size comparison scale. (5 years and 745 days ago)

Thumbs up. I love the way you presented the smallness of grains against a coin and made us look closely. Thank you also for your artist's notes I enjoy learning about an image and didn't know that. Your sharpness is seen through the planes of the image. Remember that circular objects formatted onto a perfect square give a very strong photograph and you did this. I also like the dark vignette. This image holds the viewer nicely.
