This shows a great deal of creativity and your composition with gift as main focus is strong. I feel the crop and "visual weight" is well considered meaning you gave ample punch to the diffused background but still kept us focused on the story of your image. Very nicely done. I would brighten the bow a bit more so that it sparkles ...dodge to brighten. Lovely festive colour palette too! A strong contender.

Not sure it's allowed to brighten only the bow, in doubt I leave it as it is
hmmmm will have to look at the "rules" again. I'm getting confused with post processing contest.
I actually think its fine as it is,and a simple enough idea in getting this,but works
