There is something so pleasing about a plump chef, somehow makes him real and I would want to dine in this establishment. A nice photograph with focus on the food and softness on the "soft" chef.

His "plats" look like art. The prices are high high high, but I suppose that is normal for Europe and high class establishments.
Yes, Laurent is an artist! and about the prices, yes, they can look expensive but he can hardly live on his restaurant because of all the taxes he must pay. He is not far from minimal wages... when he can get some.
So, when you live in Europe, it is always great to go to countries like for example, let's say Thailand, we find everything so cheap there (but good as well)
