This would be an almost perfect photograph if the horizon was level the exposure and focus are really nicely done.
Crooked horizons are a pet peeve of mine as well, but I do believe that this is not the case here, as the wind generator, poles and buildings are all vertical. It is the hillside that slopes downward, I think.
