I thinks It' letter 'C'.
There is actually two letters, I dont See letter C- I see X and V
How did you take this? It looks like you applied Zoom Radial Blur which is too much PS. So seriously, how did you take this? What did you do?
I see the C, a really wide V and a crooked X. The C (on it's back and cut just above the center) seems to be the only prominent letter in this entry.
I too am very curious as to how this image was achieved, and will withhold vote until further explanation.
I used a 35mm camera, 75-300 zoom lens on a tripod with a slow shutter speed and zoomed out.. the photo was a church stain glass window
OK, fair enough. You really should give it a better title.
