Contest Moderator: Yes. There can be more than one child, but no one in the shot should be older (or younger) than 4 to 12 years old. ( 5 years and 1955 days ago )
Artifakts: It is written "A child" ... not "children" ! You should have decided it before. ( 5 years and 1954 days ago )
Contest Moderator: I'm sorry for any consternation. Life's responsibilities were intruding on my photography time. By the time I could get here there were already many with multiple children. Rather than remove a lot of entries that were entered in good faith (they weren't shots of flowers in a theme asking for kids), I opted for allowing others the same discretion. Sorry. Life will go on. The world will keep turning. ( 5 years and 1954 days ago )
