thease are weeds growing all over Capron Park in Attleboro Mass they are not in lines i just happened to find a hole in a patch of them where some got torn up

Ah, that one is called "neko jarashi", that means something like "cat's toy" in Japanese, because it looks like those sticks with a toy at one end.

I think they may be called "Foxtails" where I live. They can cause some major problems when they get stuck in dogs' paws. Nice shot.

I love dandelions because they have a bright yellow color.
