The photo is from one of the most colorful festivals called Pahiyas, Pahiyas means decorations.Those leaf-like wafers is called 'kiping',arranged like chandeliers, made from rice flour. It can be fried or roasted,It's like tacos from Spain crunchy and delicate to handle. It's tasteless so syrup or vinegar must be on the side for dipping. :D
