Then duplicated arm flipped vertical and horizontal. Smudge, dodge and burn etc. to get highlights on left side of arm since the light in courtroom is comng from the upper left. Arms now ready to place on eyeball.

Made a copy of iris and pupil only, Then used content aware to fill in removed iris and pupil from eyeball,

Squeezed pupil-iris to account for perspective of looking down on it based on the courtroom perspective.
Also moved the pupil-iris position down on the eye white also based on same perspective. Note: bottom of eye will be hidden behind jury stand.

Color match Mr Eyeball by placing average color layer over it with color blend at about 30%.

Finally camera raw adjustments to color balance some and lighten a little.
