Cut out horse and place on background.

Changed background hue, horse and wings colors to match. Duplicated background layer and moved to the left a bit, erased unwanted sections. Placed horse and wings in position and erased unwanted bits.

Cut out mane, adjusted the hue and saturation, used sections of it for the tail and new mane.

Changed hue and saturation on second cloud picture. Used bits to overlay on the feet and in places where I wanted more clouds.

Adjusted levels. Then painted some more colors on a new layer, blurred them and blended it on color mode at 50% opacity.

Adjusted colors, added a bit more color to the horse, added a vignette, used oil paint filter and canvas texture from photoshop filter gallery.
