Color details are added with brush tool, then more burning and dodging to create shadows/shape.

Flower is removed and placed on new canvas, then duplicated and then with edit/transform tool, is resized. More flowers will be created, some having some petals, etc. changed with filter/liquify/warp tool.

A galaxy star layer has been added over the top of all layers, then reduced in opacity to 20% and center area has been erased.
