First, with the quick healing tool, I removed most of the woman's wrinkles.

Picking a color out of her hair, I painted on a new layer set to 'overlay' with 30% capacity to hide the gray hairs.

On a new layer, set to 'multiply' with an opacity of 100% (and the opacity of the brush set to 30%), I picked a color from her lips and made them appear less pale.

On an 'overlay' layer with a brush opacity of 30%, I made the white of her eyes come out better.
