Before and after. Some wrinkle touch ups, then created hair for the top of her head. Then color and contrast manipulations for the rest. Necklace was actually a bracelet.

This is the collar I used to replace the skewed bracelet. I did want something with spikes, but I can't find anything that is usable. This lace looks nice but is less 'punk' than I was going for.
