Using fill > content-aware and a bit of quick healing magic, I got rid of the necklace.

step 2 of 8

Using a layer mask and a green layer set to 'soft light', I carefully painted the girl's hair green.

step 3 of 8

I desaturated her eyes, played around with contrast and brightness and dodge/burn tools to get a more dramatic effect on them.

step 4 of 8

Using a slightly darker shade of green (and another layer mask to hide anything that popped out of her eye), I painted her eyes on a new layer set to 'overlay'.

step 5 of 8

In the same way as her eyes, I desaturated and dodged/burned her lips.

step 6 of 8

Using the 'soft light' setting of the layer, the same green color as her hair was applied to her lips. I decreased the opacity of this layer to 50%, giving it less of a 'painted on' look.

step 7 of 8

Using Select > Color Range and after quite some fumbling with the eyedropper tool, I managed to select everything green, inverse the selection and desaturate. (First time I used the Select > Color Range option as well...)
