Made a strip of the sky so the clouds can scroll across the top from right to left. Used clone stamp and liquefy tool so the clouds didn't look too uniform.

Selected parts of the closer waves to make them move as well.
I wanted all of those areas to move somewhat independent of each other. There are six layers total, and each layer was created out of four parts. So, 24 elements all together, on a loop and at 0.8 frame delay setting.
