Removed the writing from the face off the mountain using the Spot Healing Brush Tool as you will see in the next photo.

Clouds were removed using Channels with Levels and replaced with the ones you will see in the next picture. The source image was Darkened and De-saturated to soot the background image.

With the replacement clouds the image was adjusted with Brightness & Contrast plus a Photo Filter was used to blend it together for the final result.
