Raised the horizon and set it more round with the warp tool. This to give the image a more perspective.

Added the balloon, since the original image has a black background I used blending modes to get this image blended. Another advantage this way is also that the balloon it self becomes transparent as it should be. 2 Hard problems solved in one in an easy way ;)

Made the ropes around the balloon with the pentool, made a path, stroked it and gave it a brown color. Added noise to it and then a motion blur.

Since the original balloon source had the splash in and splash out I wanted to use this. Therefor I added a bird flying through the water.
