Straightend some and filled in offset areas.

Crop out excess hair from head and beard.

Start work on eyes and brows.

Rough out mouth and ears.

Crop out ear from another source pic and place on head.

New mouth placed from another source. Touch up ear with airbrush

Added skin blemishes with a scatter brush. Added skin texture with noise/emboss filter method.

Took snapshot of work, started modifying shadows etc. Fixed bacground coat and scarf.

Re-straightend picture, modified some curves used in cutouts that were too round. Tweaked hair and eyebrows - added some little hairs sticking out.
