Started tracing brick building with pen tool and line tool.

Apply brick color for building.

Use texturizer brick texture for building.

Cut out sign and start working on.

Copy and paste lower section of sign to extend it. Ready for Fly-Thru text.

Apply base brown and roughout bottom rubber/plastic.

Deleted scenery from open windows. On closed windows I removed areas of background showing thru and filled them with a 40% transparent grey so things will show thru, but will still look like behind glass.
