I started by arranging the wings, copied them and rotated both a bit. I changed the perspective for the right wings, so they fit better on the round thingy.
The rings holding the swing are made out of the circle from the source image.

I first added the cloudy sky and above that the blue sky with blending mode set to overlay at 100%.

Added the birds, the path and the heart at the end of the path, with the round source thing on the path and the heart.

I added the figures and the hearts, of which I changed the perspective. Furthermore the ropes and the hearts.
