Mad a circular guide layer. Rasterized Text. Started warping the R to fit the circle shape.

Further shaped e with pen tool. I modified this again later. Copied the first O over to the right of the E.

Place the flipped copy on top of the original cookie, then put a layer mask on flipped copy and used black brush to modify.

Made a duplicate copy of each letter layer, then merged the duplicates created. Then made two more copies of the merged layer. Now have 3 layers named alltogether Top, Alltogether Middle, and Altogether Bottom.

I colored the cookie top for now for a visual reference. For middle layer (white)while move tool selected I alternated pressing the down arrow then the right arrow until the middle layer was about the size I wanted it. This created 10 layers, when done I merged the 10 middle layers.

Same procedure as above for the bottom layer except don't start using the alt key until you have down/right arrowed to the bottom of the previous layer, then hold down the Alt key while down/right arrowing while watching for the size you want for the bottom of the cookie.

Duplicated cookie image 4 times, once for each letter, then placed on top of each respective layer.
