Used the given Yin & Yang symbol to trace the shape with the pentool, then used the 3D function of PS to put it in perspective.

Made another copy of the first layer and mover that below the first two. Gave this layer a gaussian blur to make it a reflection on the black underground.

Because the outside is going upwards I wanted to make a contradiction here and decided to make the rings go into the underground.

Added the white area using the pentool to make the shape and the gaussian blur to give it the softer smoky effect.

Those dragons are the same, just flipped horizontally. Made them with the pentool using source 2. Again used the 3D function of PS to put them in perspective.

Finally some color corrections on the dragons, wanted them to stand out more, a brighter color.
