Place cut out of girl on the background. Sharpen the image slightly. Add a beige layer to her skin.

Duplicate the girl and blur. Erase the areas around her lips, eyes and nose. Add some blush on the cheeks, blue to the eye, and red to the lips. Add another layer to the skin, but this time cream. tweak highlights and contrast.

Place the shell on top, and transform it slightly up on the left. Darken it, and increase the contrast.Desaturate, and warm up with cream layers.
step 4 of 4
Add a red layer to the background on a lowered opacity on color. Add a gradient light to dark horizontally.
