Take a cylinder, cut the bottom half of it so its a semi circle, extrude to make it bigger or smaller, walls are made by extruding the outer polygons of the same cylinder.

Made with a simple box and inset/extrude tools.

Central table is made my using cylinder and choosing 6 sides, outer 6 tables for contestants are made my using a box model and extrude tool. Place the tables appropriately on the podium.

Made from a single box model with extrude, inset and bevel tools. Place the monitors by using aling on the tables.

Made by going to the geometry menu and in the drop down menu choosing stairs. Simple as that.

Arrange everything in places where they're supposed to be, resize if needed.
