Place cutout of dancer onto the background, duplicate and reverse horizontally.

Used preset brushes from photoshop to create mist.
step 4 of 5
Added a glow to the dancer, and duplicated the background on soft light, low opacity.
step 5 of 5
Final tweaks to the lighting on the dancer and the disco-ball-thing in the centre.
