Rough shape of bottle made by using distort warp and liquid tools on section of original fruit bowl.

Used shape of wine bottle source to cut out new bottle.

Shrunk new bottle to cover size of wine glass - then placed wine glass with opacity 40 over it and merged layer, then used a copy of original glass to cutout glass from this

Took a section of fruit and enlarged it to canvas size for base of background.

Applied levels adjustment to background.

Made a new layer to simulate table and wall.

hen reduced opacity on table and wall layer to 41% and placed layer above background layer.

Drop shadows on bottle and glass, touch up glass stem with Dodge brush, tweak levels on label, bottlecap, and background. Poster edges filter on fruitbowl on label. Move bottle and wine glass to pleasing position. Final picture.
