Build a table in a general shape like this. I made bottom and top a bit bigger to add more shape but its not required. Also, add holes to where you want the closet doors and drawers to be.

Make simple doors from a box model. add handles by using torus and box model.

Copy and place doors and drawers (shift+drag) to place them in the made holes.

Making a sink and tap from box and cylinder models.

Copy and place them using shift+drag at the top of the table

Building basic chemistry tools.

Placing them randomly on the table to add detail.

Making a centrifuge. (Yes, it loos silly and not at all like a real centrifuge does but... yeah...)

Placing the centrifuge, adding more details and final touches where needed.
