I played around with the levels to change the photo's colors.

I added fangs and a blood trail.

I changed the blood a bit and added wrinkly lines around her eyes.

I changed her eye color.

I messed around with overall colors and lighting.

I desaturated/dodged the skin somewhat.

I cropped the photo, put a blueish layer over the skin, and darkened the lip color.
