Flesh out the sketch, add detail

Now the fun starts, base color for the bear

Paint in color no. 2, for some shadow detail

Add some shadow detail in a 3th color. shadow under the arm and by the leg

Add a slight dash of blue to the eye, as shadow

Added a highlight detail to the nose and suitcase(handle)

Added another highlight detail to the suitcase, on the topside

added a drop shadow

Create a type layer, and paint on a new layer above, to make the letters the way you want

Add color one on layer below

Make a new document, and paste in the bear. Make it elliptical.

Select the bear layer, inverse the selection. and make a new layer.
Now i applied the animal fur filter, and added a drop shadow to this fur layer
