1st created path from original image and modified as per my requirement and filled for color editing

by using photoshop soft brush i made color shadings..

same brush used to make more clear shadings

worked in details for teeth, nose and eyes by using same photoshop soft brush and bright colors

After finished on head part to give it firing effect i used same soft brush and later smudge tool to liquefy the fire

2nd step i fill color in other part of the creature image

to give it 3d effect i selected some darker color worked to get detailed shadows

after brushing in details i added one more multiply layer and again gave some brush shadows

after finishing bottom part of creature i merged bottom parts (plane and shadows) layers.
and made little darker by using adjustment levels

used Stained glass Texture for texture on bottom part

Made the Texturized image with 70% opacity and overlay.

Made a Brush background.

Gave Yellow brush effect to accentuate the fire.

Gave the Yellow Brush layer a Hard Light effect.
