i took a line shaped it and extruded the face to make the drive way

then i made a very simple house no room or floor yet just a base. there's not even a back to it so from there make a ground plane

and then we take a line and make one wall shingle and extrude it then copy it with out covering the windows and door

do the same for the fence copy all along side of the property

now for the front railing just boxes 2x4 4x4 8x8 every thing is modeled to scale so the light works properly and has les work to do

i took a arc from shapes and extruded it then copy down to make the shades and a box to make the window and window seal

i shaped a car from a box put a plane over it

gave the plane a cloth modifier and dropped it over

the solar lights are tricky but gust make sure the material is a 2 sided materiel and shape it from a cylinder then add 2 lights one inside to illuminate the object another for the envionment

make the door and put it together then add fur to the ground and a light in front od the windows
